Utopia Assisted Living was founded by Zienna Endicott, a certified caregiver with a passion for creating a space where elders feel truly at home. Alongside Lawrence Endicott and Jan Dodson—both experienced, certified caregivers—Zienna set out to build something personal: a home defined by compassion, dignity, and everyday joy.

Together, their shared vision shaped Utopia into what it is today—a peaceful, supportive environment where residents are treated like family. Located in Mesa, Arizona, the home offers 24/7 care, fresh home-cooked meals free from seed oils, daily routines that promote independence, and the added peace of mind that comes from an on-call pharmacist.

This is not a facility. It’s a home built by caregivers who genuinely care—and it shows in every thoughtful detail.

Directed Care

Specialized support for residents with cognitive challenges or greater physical needs. Our team creates a personalized care plan that ensures safety, structure, and emotional well-being.

Respite Care – Minimum 2 Weeks

Short-term stays that offer families a much-needed break while their loved one enjoys professional care, home-style meals, and daily routines in a warm, welcoming setting.
